Meet Mike
We would like to introduce Mike Daquino as the newest member of our team in our St. Petersburg Office. Mike comes to us with an extensive background in the hospitality industry from New York City. With Mike’s expertise in serving the community, it is our pleasure to have him expand the Douglas Elliman brand into Central Florida. His knowledge and expertise in leadership makes him a great addition to the Elliman family.

My philosophy in life, as well as in business, is simple… care about what you do, and those you work with, no matter how big or small the job may be. Every role is important, and every day brings a new opportunity to improve yourself and those around you.
Recently moving to the Central Florida area with my family of five, I understand the needs of families when it comes to choosing the best home in which to build their story. With experience in property management, personal real estate investing and facility management, I understand the details that go into every part of the real estate transaction. Sharing my knowledge with my clients through both personal meetings and my website that I update daily with everything real estate and community related has allowed me to quickly connect with others in my area, cultivating relationships while building my business.
Married with three young children, my family and I visited family in Florida often before making the move a permanent one. A graduate of Long Island University with an advanced degree in Accounting and Business Administration, I was a leader in the New York City hospitality industry for more than 15 years exceeding sales goals and providing exceptional client service since the inception of my career. In addition to my proven track record in the Hospitality sector, I had worked in facility maintenance, building repair, renovation, cost and construction giving me a well-rounded skill set from which to draw on when working with my real estate clients.
A two-time college All American in lacrosse, I credit sports and coaching as instrumental in the building of my character and instilling discipline in all aspects of my life. I am a member of US Lacrosse and have coached on the high school and college levels as well as coaching youth programs in Central Florida.
